Aaron Lhotka

Director of Construction

Over the past three years, Aaron Lhotka has been overseeing Environs construction sites—cooperating with partnering construction managers, trade persons, and laborers. He provides a variety of customer care services, including managing warranties, long-term maintenance plans, and post move-in construction requests.

For Aaron, construction is a way of life. Since the impressive age of twelve, he worked on site with his family. Aaron went on to procure a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Iowa State. When Aaron learned of Environs, he admired their history of premier home building in Chicago’s affluent neighborhoods. Aaron’s services have been an invaluable addition to the company, and he’s proud to create pristine homes with a superior team.
